Guide

Play a game

Games are short sprints: mental math, words, and puzzles you draw. They are not tied to a lesson.

Games train a skill for a few minutes. They are not a quiz on a subject and they are not a lesson. Mental math, letter puzzles, and boards you draw by hand each have a fixed number of questions and a score at the end.

Quick mix blends kinds so you do not have to choose. Questions are generated as you play: a new run is a new set. Use the ? next to the game name for How to play if the board is unclear.

How to

  1. Open Games. Pick one game, or start Quick mix.

  2. Read the prompt above the board. If the board is unclear, open How to play with the ?.

  3. Draw, tap, or type as the game asks. On a drawing board, Undo and Clear sit under the figure.

  4. Finish the run. A score and a short note appear at the end.

  5. Play again for a new run, or pick another game from All games.

What you will see

  • A list of games in math, words, and drawing, plus Quick mix.
  • A short run: 20 questions for most math and logic, 12 for words, 10 for drawing.
  • A How to play dialog, Undo and Clear on drawing boards, and a result when the run ends.

If you get stuck

  • You do not know what to draw: start on the lettered dot (A, or A or B). Follow only the pale lines.
  • Color links: match letters and colors. Paths cannot share a square.
  • There is no saved history like a quiz. Play again if you want a different set.
