Is Sumrized free?

Yes. Sumrized is free to use in your browser. There is no paid tier or sign-up wall for the learning content.

Do I need an account?

No. You can browse paths, study topics, and save progress without creating an account. Everything is tied to this browser on this device.

Where is my progress saved?

Progress, review schedules, streaks, and custom cards are stored locally in your browser (local storage). Clearing site data for Sumrized will reset that information.

Can I change the language?

Yes. Use the language control in the footer to switch between English and French for menus and labels. Lesson and card content is still primarily in English; path and topic titles are translated where available.

How do I pick where to start?

Open the homepage catalog, filter or search for a field that matches your role, then choose a topic inside that path. Use Continue in the header to jump back to your last topic.

What are Learn, Both, and Practice?

Learn walks through lessons in order. Practice uses flashcards only. Both mixes lessons with cards so you can read then drill the same subject.

What is Daily vs Crunch?

Daily spaces card reviews over time (spaced repetition). Crunch shows all unlocked cards in the topic for intensive review before a deadline.

How do custom cards work?

Open any topic first, then go to My cards. New cards you add are saved to that topic and appear in practice with the built-in deck. To attach cards elsewhere, study a different topic before adding.

Can I reset progress for one topic?

Yes. On the study page, use Reset progress for this topic in the sidebar. That clears mastery and review timing for that topic only, not your whole site data.

How do I search quickly?

Press Ctrl+K (or / when not typing in a field) to open search. You can find fields, topics, lessons, and individual cards.

Does Sumrized work on phones?

Yes. The site is responsive: use the menu for navigation on small screens, and study the same topics as on desktop. Progress still saves locally on that device.

Who writes the questions?

Built-in cards and lessons are curated for technical interviews and day-to-day work across the paths in the catalog. You can add your own questions on the My cards page.
